Grilled Orange Chicken Fingers

1 pound chicken tenders or breast cut up in tenderloin size pieces ~ 1 & 1/2 TBSP Dijon mustard ~ 1 & 1/2 TBSP frozen orange juice thawed (concentrate, no water added) ~ 1 & 1/2 TBSP honey ~ 1 tsp sesame oil ~ 1/2 tsp ground pepper and salt to taste.

mix the mustard, orange juice, honey, and oil until smooth.   place in baggie with the thawed chicken tenders and let marinade over night or at least 15 minutes.   When ready to grill discard marinade and grill chicken until done.

Note:  this is a great meal that you can prepare ahead of time and freeze for later use.  just pull out bag and thaw in fridge and grill when thawed.    I make this to keep for quick summer meals.
