Condensed Cream Soup

Frustrated that all your old favorite recipes calls for Cambell’s condensed soups????  make your own.

1 cup milk

2 tbsp Cornstarch

1 1/2 tsp butter

1 tsp boullion (chicken, veg, etc)

1/2 tsp Salt

dash pepper

In small pan, whisk together milk and cornstarch. stir in butter, boullion, salt and pepper. Stir constantly. Heat to boiling and then simmer on low to thicken.   For condensed mushroom soup stir in one can of mushrooms minced or whole.  For cream of chicken stir in 1/2 cup minced chicken pieces and for celery 1/2 cup minced celery.
