I recently discovered essential oils and I would like to just post a few testimonies here, as I gain more stories I will post them as well.  I know it isn’t food but it really helps me with my food since I am at a place right now where I cannot digest or tolerate any food in my system.    Recipes here have been scarce due to my illness but I am hoping to get right back to them soon.   http://mydoterra.com/theresagates for more info.

#1.    I have to give a lot of blood.   Almost weekly they are taking draws from me for one reason or another and I have never had veins that corporate.   they hide, wiggle or shrink in fear.   I am usually poked two to three times and in the weirdest places.   In the ER I just automatically ask for the Mobile IV Team who does the hard cases otherwise I come out like a pin cushion.    the stories about this is unlimited but with Doterra Balance you rub it on your veins and it makes them pop up under your skin.   My last two draws were on the first poke (even surprised the nurses who usually sigh and pull straws to see who gets me) and the blood flowed so freely that I was done in the matter of minutes.   I love this stuff!!!!

#2  I am in a lot of pain, this is what we are still trying to figure out.  On a scale of 1-10 its a 20 some nights and I sit on the couch and grit my teeth.  Aspirin or prescription drugs don’t touch it.    But I found two products that give me relief and because it’s all natural I can apply it as often as needed vs medicine which is every 4-6 hours.   It is DoTerra Deep Blue and Peppermint oil.

#3  digestion.  food is not my friend right now, I bloat, I hurt and then I lose everything I eat out the other end.  Its miserable.   but I take a glass of peppermint oil with every meal and I am going to start taking digestzen which I will update you on soon.   It really does help with things.   and if you know the miserable feeling I am talking about you welcome any help.

#4  I just have to put a shout out for the Terrasheild (bug repellent) I can’t believe how well it works.  Not one bite this year and in Alaska we have some big mosquitoes.   and how wonderful to use something natural instead of spraying pure chemicals on your body.   You hold your breath when sprayed it is so nasty but with DoTerra Terrashield just a drop behind your ears and other pulse points and bugs leave you alone.  It also comes in a spray too.   A definite permanent addition to the camper.   I am going to buy an infuser to put it in so we can eat our food without bugs flying around.
