Heat the candy coating in the microwave according to package directions. Dip the gluten free animal crackers in and let drip off so it’s not too thick and place on wax paper sprinkling with colored candy balls. Use half of the candy coating then add red food coloring to make a pretty pink. Finish it off by dipping and sprinkling the rest of the cookies. Place a few on the plate and hide the rest.
