Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 3/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup raw cocoa powder or carob
- 1 TBL vanilla
- 1 TBL coconut butter or coconut oil
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until very smooth. Keep stored in air tight container in fridge.

Tried my son on this pudding tonight. He has issues with textures and pudding is one of them so this was a “no” for him but I sure enjoyed it.
So many times my husband will just eat 1/2 an avocado so I reduce this recipe and make myself a nice little treat.
