Sugar Free Orange Julius

This is my most favorite drink of all times.   Growing up my momma would treat us to an orange Julius at the mall.   In my adult years I still enjoy them but oh the calorie count on them is mind boggling.  I whipped up my own version one day and it has become my daily drink of choice.   The kiefer keeps me full all morning and the orange is a healthy dose of Vitamin C.      Plain kiefer is hard to fine these days, not sure if they stopped making it but vanilla kiefer works well too.

I use regular dairy kiefer now as well since I have incorporated dairy back into my diet again.

Warning:   If you not maintain a sugar free diet the stevia will probably taste bitter.  I would suggest adding a sweetener such as agave, organic sugar, or your favorite sugar substitute.   It doesn’t take much to sweeten this especially if you have added a good quality sweet orange.
