Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Plain Oh So Delicious coconut Kefier
  • 1 organic orange medium sized
  • 2 packages of Stevia in the raw
  • a few ice cubes makes this a really cold yummy treat.

Method
 

  1. put in blender and blend until smooth. sugar free, yummy healthful benefits of probiotics and the best thing is this will keep your tummy full for hours. I use it on days I am running around and know I won't be able to get home til later to eat lunch.
  2. Variations: some readers have been adding a little vanilla protein powder or other supplements with great results. some like lots of ice some just a little. easy recipe to play with and bulk up with extras.
