Crab Cakes

do you miss crab cakes?   I use to love getting these when we went out to dinner but now I can just make them at home.

16 ounces of crab. ~ 2 egg whites ~ 1/2 cup Dukes sugar-free mayo ~ 1 tsp old bay seasoning ~ 1 & 1/2 cups Gluten Free corn flakes crushed~ 1 TBSP lemon juice.

in bowl mix the egg whites until frothy and then add lemon, mayo, old bay and 1/2 of the corn flakes.   gently fold in the crab meat.  form 10 crab patties and coat them in the remaining corn flakes.  Spray cookie pan with pam Grill and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

NOTE:  Did you know that a lot of your cooking sprays will have Gluten in them?   They also have soy or dairy.   Pam Grill is the only one I have found that is gluten/dairy/soy free.
