Kefir Plain Probiotic Beverage

I have been trying real hard to eat healthier, this includes eliminating all sugar and starch from my diet and not eating anything processed or preservatives.   With this in mind I found Kefir plain probiotic beverage.  However the flavored ones have added sugar in the form of Honey or the like which I refuse to eat so I bought the plain hoping to make smoothies out of it and I hit the nail on the head with this one.  See my sugar-free orange Julius recipe, it is so good!    The more I read on this probiotic beverage the more I am impressed with it.  One of the claims is that is fulfilling.   Come on, a small smoothie filling you up?   It does just that.   I drink it in the morning and I literally force myself to eat lunch as I am still completely 100% satisfied from drinking this smoothie.   I try to drink it on days I know I have a lot of running around to do but find that it is so good that i have to have a drink per day now.   I am not sure I can live without my Kefir smoothie.   If you don’t like oranges try a different fruit.  If you can have the added sugar in your diet (but really why?) try the flavored drinks.  they are in grab and go sizes at most of the grocery stores.
