Ramen Noodles – Healthier

Although I cannot come up with an exact replica for the noodles in this, I have come close to the seasoning used.   I generally use a rice noodle for my noodles in this dish.

Seasoning:  2 tbsp each of onion powder, ground ginger, garlic powder, black pepper.  (I add a little salt in mine but taste yours first)  Mix all together, it makes for several meals.

Found the seasoning is also good sprinkled on meats and veggies.
