Sorry things are slow

I know those who are following this blog are patiently waiting for recipes!

Since my vitamix I have been doing everything in that.  Breakfast (orange Julius) lunch (tomato soup) and dinners are usually salad and meat.     Along with my new vitamix, we are all trying to lose weight for a trip to Hawaii and with summer finally here we are camping almost every weekend.   So I have been way to busy  to cook up new things.   I need to get back to my routine of trying new things.    Anyone have a favorite recipe that they would like to see me convert to Gluten free or even dairy and soy free?

Till then I will tell you my new favorite tomato soup is simply a can of italian stewed tomatoes, a can of tomato paste, a can of canelli beans, a handful of baby carrots, 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1/2 cup almond milk, a 1/2 cup red wine, garlic salt, charcoal sea salt and a dash of pepper.

I kind of wish I make triple batches because since I do not measure I never can make the same thing twice.    But the important thing is I still love it, still use it and well although I don’t feel healthier yet I know I will soon.  How can I not, all the nutrients and fiber stay intact with the vitamix.

    Your tomato soup sounds fantastic! And, measurement-wise I’m the exact same way, it makes it hard to post recipes when what you make changes every time!
