Stove Top Stuffing

Take any gluten free (dairy free if need be) bread and cut into cubes and toast.  Use 1 & 2/3 cup chicken broth and 1/4 cup butter for the moisture in this recipe. (earth balance gf/df  if you are dairy free for the butter)

seasoning mix: 2 tsp celery seed ~ 3 cubes chicken boullion ~ 2 tsp parsley ~ 1/8 tsp sugar ~ 1/8 tsp onion powder.

mix seasoning with the broth and butter and bring to a boil.  reduce heat and cover for about 10 minutes.   Stir in bread cubes cover and remove from heat.  let rest for about 7 minutes then fluff with a fork.

salt and pepper if needed

To be Sugar free you will need to use your own homemade chicken broth or find an organic sugar free chicken broth.  they are hard to find.  I have not found a boullion yet that was sugar free.
