this recipe is directly from Elanaspantry.com. if you haven’t visited her site yet please see my favorite websites and go visit. Her recipe’s are amazing!

1 cup dark chocolate (if you can do dairy and you want a more mild milk chocolate taste add milk chocolate just make sure there is no added sugar in your baking chocolate or baking chips)

1 cup smooth peanut butter (not a big fan of peanut butter, so i use almond butter for a healthier alternative)

1 TBSP vanilla extract

1/4 tsp sea salt.

1. melt chocolate in a medium pot. 2. remove from heat then stir in peanut butter and xylitol. 3. once xylitol is incorporated, stir in vanilla and salt. 4. spread into a 8×5 x 2.5 inch size loaf pan 5. refrigerate for 2 hours. 6. cut the fudge to make 28 small pieces and serve immediately or store in the freezer.
