By the time the Superbowl comes around we are tired of the same old cheese/crackers/chips/dip routine. Frankly we are all eating better and on good diets so Superbowl this year is just going to be simple
For my 9-year-old however I have gone all out and he will have Earth balance dairy free cheese puffs! Yes you read that right I was so excited I went to every store and nothing so ended up buying online. It will be worth it when he sees he can have cheese puffs that are safe. (he can’t do dairy) Now If I could just convince them into doing their new dairy free crackers gluten and soy free I would be one happy momma. http://earthbalancenatural.com/product/vegan-aged-white-cheddar-flavor-puffs/
Along with that he will have chocolate chip muffins, chips, most likely bacon and his own daiya cheese and a daiya pizza. We are trying to put weight on him if you haven’t noticed.
Head over to my facebook photo page, you will see lots of treats, sugary goodness and healthy meals and all kinds of party snacks! pictures and the recipe. Enjoy – https://www.facebook.com/pages/Gluten-Free-Alaska/166715226719341?sk=photos_stream
Since we are not doing anything special I thought I would go back through and highlight some dishes that would be great for your Superbowl party.
This is a great, spicy dish good with crackers, it also pairs well with salami and crackers. Heck I have even seen this added to baked potatoes. You got to love jalapeno which I don’t.

This is my new favorite snack, it is so addicting! I just love dates and bacon but together the taste just pops and your whole body is so happy.

This is our favorite frozen pizza. Yes you can do homemade however when you just need a fast pizza that is GF/DF/SF this is the one to get. I love it.

Who doesn’t love little bite size cornbread muffins filled with hot dogs? this is a great party snack and easy to grab dip and eat.

This is 100 times better than caramel popcorn. This is our favorite for every sleepover party, this and home-made donuts the next day. wonderfully addicting and if you want to kick it up a notch add some chocolate chips!

Here is a few little homemade crackers, they are so time-consuming and its easy to get safe ones now in stores so I don’t do this much but just in case you need something I thought I would post.

These are great little bars for those who are watching their sugar. I often do these up for a diabetic person who loves sweet but can’t process sugar well. She does well with dates so these are perfect and no one really notices it isn’t over processed sugar and I usually have no leftovers, I do two batches so my family can enjoy too usually.

This is great for your paleo friend or us at this time of the year. We always do grain free for a while and these muffins are life savers. Again I usually take these to parties and no one is the wiser. Good for you and tastes great!

Let me know if there is anything you want to see listed. I can make almost any snack GF/DF/SF. It has become second nature to me I guess. As I type I have the chocolate chip muffins resting on the counter, brownies in the freezer, most the snacks bought and I am ready for anything!
