what started out as stuffed jalapenos slowly made its way into a dip basically because I was too lazy to stuff all those jalapenos. My husband loves jalapenos so this just works great for us on special occasions like the upcoming Superbowl party!
He likes the taste of fresh jalapenos but if you don’t, use canned.
4-6 fresh diced jalapenos (based on how much you like, Mix together with 1 package of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 cups cheddar or mexican cheese (whatever you have in the fridge) Sometimes I put more cheese, it just depends on what I am looking for that day. add in a sprinkle of onion powder and garlic powder to kick it up a notch.
Top with gluten free bread crumbs and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until bubbly hot. serve with GF crackers.
