2 ingredient Pizza dough

Ingredients
  

  • Gluten Free flour of choice
  • Fage unsweetened greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. start out with how much flour you want to use. 1/2 cup makes a personal size pizza for me, add to that greek yogurt a little at a time until you get the right consistency.
  2. bake on parchment paper becuase this will stick, bake just until slightly brown. You do not want it golden brown becuase it will need to cook more.
  3. add ingredients of choice and cook until they are warmed through.
  4. enjoy
