brown meat with onion and drain off grease. add Worcestershire and garlic salt. In separate large bowl combine milk, bisquick, eggs. Fold in the meat (make sure its cool) and cheese. fold in don't over mix.

fill greased muffin tins and bake at 375 until golden brown
