- Heat oven to 400 degrees
- Spray a 9x9 pan with cooking spray
- Mix the cheese, bisquick, eggs, milk, spices together in a bowl. Layer the chicken and veggies in pan and pour mixture evenly over the top. Bake in the oven uncovered for 30-40 minutes until toothpick poked in comes out clean.
- Serving size is 4, (1/4 of the pan) Each serving using exact measurements is 302.
- 1/4 of the pan was enough to fill and leave me with next day leftover's however my husband is a bigger eater and consumed 1/2 of the pan and was happily satisfied. I asked him if he would eat it again and his answer was yes but I think he would have liked it if I kicked it up a notch with chili flakes or something spicy.
