Easy Cheat Dump Cake

I needed a very fast dessert and well I am not one that can just enter a kitchen and make things from scratch that easily. so I threw this all together with things I had on hand.  The recipe is a basic dump cake and it is extremely easy.   It turned out quite well too.

Take a can of 14 oz peaches (chunks or slices) (I imagine you can do this with any fruit) and dump it into a cake pan juice and all.   You don’t want a tall cake pan but rather a long rectangle one it will be a very shallow dessert.  take 1 small (like cocktail size) can of pineapple juice and dump it in and then take 1/2 cup of orange juice and dump it in.  Mix it up to incorporate all the flavors.  then open a box of betty crocker gluten-free yellow cake and dump that right on top evenly over the entire pan.    Take some melted earth balance  butter and drizzle on top about 1/4 of a cup then take pam grill (this was important because I found this won’t cook well without an oil/butter on top and well I didn’t want all the extra calories of butter) spray to make sure every inch of the top is covered with pam grill and bake at 350 in the oven until golden brown and bubbly.  my oven took about 50 minutes.   Serve this with some dairy free ice cream.

This recipe is Gluten free, dairy free and soy free.  (earth balance in the red container is soy free and so delicious makes a dairy and soy free ice cream or you can always make your own.  Pam grill is the only spray that is also soy free)

reminded me of a cobbler.  but it was so addicting  and yummy.

I keep forgetting to get photos, we eat it so fast!
