Stir Fry without Oil

I hate oils, a little picky on what calories go into my food.  I would rather have more portion of meats and veggies than the 110 calories the oil adds (that is just one tbsp)  To me the oil adds no flavor so I stir fry with water.   put a little water in the pan along with veggies and meat with your spices. my favorite combo is simply celery salt and paprika, smoked or sweet paprika depending on the veggie.  add more water as needed as it will sautee off pretty quick.   You can’t leave this unattended because of that, but what you have afterwards is pure tasteful food without extra calories, fat or heavy oil flavor.   When I absolutely have to use oil because a little oil is healthy in moderation I use Extra virgin olive oil, grapeseed, fish oil, flaxseed or coconut oil. all other oil is just plain bad for your body in my opinion.
