Just learned today that Oh So Delicious coconut will be marketing (6-8 weeks) a new ice cream,  (sugar, dairy, soy free) with healthy sweeteners that you can indulge in without raising your blood sugar.   You have to keep an eye out for this amazing product.

Remember it will still have calories but no sugar, no dairy, no soy.  What can be better than that.  guiltless enjoyment for sure.
