Rotisserie chicken help

We have a rotisserie and we love to use it but I run out of the silicone bands faster than I can find them in stores.  Scouring the internet I found a neat way to remedy this.   You make a slit in the tissue on the side of the cavity then stick the drumstick ends through the small slit it stays puts, you can also put a small slit in the skin and tuck in the wing tips.   I love it.   nothing to buy.    thought I would pass this tip on to others.
