This is a simple recipe and took all of 10 minutes to put together. Makes a perfect little snack bite although I wasn’t too impressed with the sturdiness or the fluffiness of this recipe. It was a thinner very delicate brownie but the taste was very good.
Combine 1 cup of nutbutter* with 1 egg and 1/4 cup agave syrup.
this is it, no I didn’t miss anything. * I usually use peanut butter (natural no sugar) but other nutbutters work well. Cashew would make it rich and almond I think would make it a little hardier.
After you mix this well pour into an 8×8 greased pan. Grease the top and you may want to grease the spatula as well, the dough is sticky.
bake at 350 for approx 30 minutes. Keep an eye on it after 20 however as you do not want it to get too brown. nothing is worse than over cooked nutbutter.
