This can be done in the crock pot if you don’t have the time and patience to cook it manually however it does not get as sticky but the flavor is still just as good served over rice.
3-4 lbs of chicken wings. I cut the wings up like you would with buffalo wings. ~ 2 tbsp tomato paste ~ 1 cup honey ~ 1/2 cup wheat free tamari soy sauce or amino acids ~ 3 cloves of garlic crushed ~ 1/2 tsp chili powder
Put chicken in casserole dish and mix all the other ingredients together. Pour mixture over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for at least 2 hours until sticky and gooey brown. Stir every 30 minutes and serve over rice.
When we have no time to cook but still want the flavor we just throw it all into the crock pot!.
